Multiple Providers Available
Our goal is to improve your quality of life by providing you with the tools to prevent, or delay as long as possible, the need for dialysis. Our Nephrologists are ready to offer treatments for various kidney disorders.
Chronic Kidney Disease includes conditions that can damage your kidneys and decrease their ability to keep you healthy. If your kidney disease worsens, you may develop complications like high blood pressure, anemia (low blood count), weak bones, poor nutritional health and nerve damage. These problems may happen slowly over a long period of time. Chronic Kidney Disease may be caused by diabetes, high blood pressure and other disorders.
Acute Kidney Failure means that your kidney function has dropped over a short period of time. We diagnose and treat this condition as a delay in treatment of this condition can cause permanent damage to your kidneys.
Our experienced providers will oversee your dialysis in a dialysis treatment facility so you get optimal dialysis treatment.
When kidneys are diseased or damaged, they do not make enough hormones called erythropoiten. As a result, the bone marrow makes fewer red blood cells, causing anemia. When blood has fewer red blood cells, it deprives the body of the oxygen it needs. At our clinic, our trained staff will inject this hormone, according to the guidelines to treat anemia due to Chronic Kidney Disease. We can also infuse iron to combat iron deficiency.
We offer management of various electrolyte disorders e.g low sodium in the blood as well as various fluid disorders e.g leg swelling.
We offer post kidney transplant care. This includes adjusting transplant medications, monitoring kidney function and post kidney transplant complications.
Our providers can help diagnose the reasons for making stones and then preventing the root cause so you don’t make stones in the future or even melting your existing stones with various diet modifications as well as certain medications.
